Digital game design offers a dynamic and motivating structure that encourages active participation of participants in the learning process as an alternative to traditional corporate training approaches. In recent years, the potential of gamification to go beyond merely making educational content attractive and to create learning experiences customized according to individual motivation types has attracted attention. In this context, player type-based approaches allow for the development of gamification strategies suitable for different learning styles and motivation sources of individuals in corporate training environments. The aim of this study is to examine how digital game design principles and player type-based gamification model affect interactive learning in corporate training environments. It is stated in the literature that in order for gamification to be implemented effectively, the motivation sources of the participants must be understood and in this sense, player typologies such as HEXAD and Bartle provide a strong analysis framework. It is also emphasized that interactive learning depends not only on individual success but also on social and psychological factors such as cooperation, competition and autonomy. This research offers a unique perspective on how corporate training can be made more interactive, motivating and personalized through digital gamification and aims to contribute to sustainable, employee-centered learning designs for institutions.
